This 14 AWG Wire is rated to handle 35 amps continuous outside of the engine space and 29.8 amps continuous inside of the engine space (lower rated due to extra heat from engine). Many times you’ll find the limiting factor on your installation will be the voltage drop which ABYC recommends less than 3% voltage drop on critical circuits and less then 10% voltage drop on non-essential circuits. There is a link below to a voltage drop calculator to help you calculate your voltage drop and properly size your wire.

The cable is made of 14 AWG Gauge Wires, 3 of them (black, white and green) in a flat, white overall jacket.
