  1. We will issue full refund if customer product/order is not delivered to customer subject to the following conditions:
  • Shipping address provided by the Customer at the time of order was complete and correct
  • Delivery is not delayed due to any unavoidable reasons.
  1. Refund will also be issued if the product is not as described. 14 days are available, from the date of delivery, to the Customer to file a complaint if the product was not as described.

In case of “Product not as described”, the Customer can:

Return the Product

  • The Customer will have to establish that the product is not as portrayed.
  • Product will be sent back to us with original packaging and the Product must not be used.
  • Delivery cost as well as return delivery cost will be borne by the Customer.

Keep the Product

The Customer can retain the product and apply for partial refund. Amount of partial refund will be determined after discussion and negotiation with the Customer based on available information about the product.

 

We issue refund within 24-48 hours from the date of completing the negotiation process. Negotiation process normally takes 3-7 days in total from receiving date of refund request.
